Report problem If you have a problem, we ask you to create a ticket via the Customer Portal. That may seem cumbersome, but for us this is the best way to collect the necessary information about the problem. With this information we can help you as quickly as possible.
Search for information From manuals to release notes, the Customer Portal contains all information about our software. There is also a status page, so that we can keep you informed of malfunctions and planned maintenance. In addition, we share the latest news about new features, releases, instruction videos, training courses and webinars in our newsletter.
Contact Our support department can be reached by telephone on 085-4001100. You can call us every working day from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 13:00 to 16:30. We are closed every last Friday of the month.

If you have already been in touch with one of our customer support representatives (CSRs) by phone or e-mail, your email address is already registered and you just need to request a password.
Because our software is very extensive and many questions are customer-specific, it is possible that our support heroes do not immediately have an answer for you, but have to find out. It is then useful if they have as much information as possible in a ticket (possibly supplemented with screenshots) that applies to your question. They can then quickly answer all questions.
You can submit a ticket 24/7 via the ticket system within the ROSA application. You will also find manuals and other information about the operation of the product there. For urgent questions, ROSA can be reached by telephone via the general number of Kidskonnect: 085-4001100. Choose 1 for Support and then 8 for ROSA.
